With heart and soul I use my personal coretalents, experience and expertise to help clients in their search for meaning and connection. Both individually and within teams, personally and career-oriented.

With more than 1,000 core talent analyses, I know the value of this methodology. I apply it with conviction as a psychologist and as commercial engineer within my career center Diadis in career and study counseling, stress and burnout counseling, reintegration and teamcrafting.

As I discovered the coretalents and developed the Coretalents-method, I would like to help EVERYBODY, but, unfortunately, I have to make choices. My expertise leads me to MSc and PhD in engineering and science and to highly gifted people, and in the fields of Recruitment & Selection of these specific groups.
