Alongside my creative career as a musician, since 2015 I have been coaching people who experience their voice as an obstacle to expressing themselves or connecting with others. In doing so, I integrate various theories and methods such as Polyvagal Theory, the Theory of Positive Disintegration, Nonviolent Communication and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Having started out with focus on voice, over the years my coaching has become increasingly broader and integrated and is now focused on the person as a whole. Coretalents analysis is a fine addition to my offerings.
