As an optimistic and curious person with great empathy, I can give you that confidence for you to become who you truly are. The Coretalents analysis will be the starting point in this journey. I will use all my expertise and experience that I have gathered working in both the social domain as in education, for you to live your (working) life full of energy.

I work with individuals and groups, including different neurotypes (2/3e, ADHD, Autisic, Gifted). My coaching approach is individualized, grounded in authenticity, and centered on you feeling truly seen, heard, and understood.

My name is Rianne van de Ven (1971). I discovered that I am highly gifted at the age of 33. And with that discovery came the explanation for some of my lesser qualities, problems, and challenges I have experienced my whole life.
