I would like to do a Coretalens analysis for you and provide insights that can support you in the questions you have and the choices you may face. My goal is to offer practical, clear and applicable answers that genuinely help you move forward. I truly enjoy engaging in these conversations and piecing your personal puzzle together. This really energizes me.

My own Coretalents analysis has given me profound insight into what gives me energy and what drains me. It helped me understand the meaning behind the things I do, and it enables me to choose the things that give me energy. One of those things is doing Coretalents analysis, which makes me able to approach these with enthusiasm and purpose, combining them with coaching makes me very happy.

I studied Public Administration and Organizational Science, with a master’s in Organizational Culture and Change Management at the University of Utrecht. I currently work as a teacher and coach at the Hotel Management school at the University of Applied Sciences in Leeuwarden, and I am an entrepreneur and certified Coretalents analyst.

I divide my time between living in Leeuwarden and on Terschelling, so I primarily work from and in Friesland. I have extensive experience with online sessions, which are also an option. For organizations, I am of course happy to work on-site.
