Mirjam Nijhuis

As an MSc in Human Movement Sciences with experience as a researcher, teacher and educational leader (primary and higher education), I work at the intersection of brain science, leadership and organizational development. As a junior Coretalents analyst, I support education professionals (from teachers to board members) who want to work and lead from their authentic strengths.

Having worked as a teacher, leader and researcher myself, I understand both the daily reality and the strategic complexity of educational organizations. I easily move between roles and perspectives, recognizing where energy flows, where it stagnates, and where opportunities arise to help individuals and teams thrive.

In my work, I connect coaching, personal development and team development to broader organizational challenges. With expertise in giftedness and neurodiversity, I help schools not only understand differences, but actively leverage them.
