Coretalents Analyst Training

Whether you are a psychologist or psychiatrist, wellbeing professional, company doctor, coach, recruiter, HR manager, therapist or anyone supporting people in making well-matched choices and growing in line with their character, potential and intrinsic motivation, the Coretalents methodology is the most powerful tool to create real, positive impact.

The training program consists of 10 full days, combining a solid theoretical foundation with hands-on practice and intensive personal coaching.You will become familiar with the full depth of the 23 coretalents, learning how they interact in different combinations and how to apply them in a wide range of professional contexts.

The training programme

The Certified Coretalents Analyst Training is a professional development journey consisting of ten intensive days. The structure ensures that you not only understand the theory behind the Coretalents method, but also gain the confidence to apply it in real-life settings.

• 4 days of theory on site will lead you to a profound understanding of the Coretalents method, the rationales to get from children’s games worldwide to the 23 Coretalents, and their basic combinations
• 4 one-on-one half days of online personal coaching, guided interviews, supervised analysesand feedback sessions
• 2 days of consolidation to bring you integration, additional cases, certification preparation and live demonstrations

Each (half) day combines theoretical explanation, interactive exercises, reflection and feedback. The sessions are dynamic and inspiring: an ideal mix of insight and practice.

Practical details

• 4 on-site theory training days in Brussels: 16, 17, 18 & 19 November 2026
• 4 half days online one-on-one practical training: December 2026 –March 2027
• 2 days final preparation in Brussels: 19 & 20 April 2027
• 1 day final exams in Brussels: 21 April 2027
• 2 half days online consolidation: June -September 2027

Groups consist of maximum 12 participants to ensure personal attention and proper guidance.

All on-site training days will be given exclusively by Danielle Krekels –founder of Coretalents.

Language: the training is conducted in English

Schedule for the on-site Brussels training days: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (coffee breaks and lunch provided)

Examination and Certification

At the end of the programme, each participant has to:

• demonstrate full understanding of the theoretical framework
• conduct a supervised Coretalents analysis
• submit a written analysis-report for evaluation

Upon successful completion, participants receive the title of Certified Coretalents Analyst which gives access to the Coretalents server, community, professional updates and the right to use the Coretalents logo and method in line with our guidelines.

To maintain certification, you are expected to:

• attend two refresher half day online Coretalents trainings per year
• stay informed of updates of the method and the ethical framework, e.g. by our newsletters
• continue active professional practice using the Coretalents approach

Participation fee

The participation fee covers:

• all onsite and online professional training and consolidation as foreseen for this training
• all course materials and tools
• access to the Coretalents platform
• certification exam and evaluation report
• refreshments and lunch during the on-site sessions
• listing in the official register of Certified Coretalents Analysts upon successful completion.

The total participation fee (exclusive of hotel accommodation) is 9.250 € ex. 21%VAT
